I. General Provisions

Personal data refers to information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, surname, identification number, location data, or online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
The personal data controller has not appointed a data protection officer.

II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data

The Controller processes personal data that you have provided to them or personal data that the Controller has obtained based on the fulfillment of your order.
The Controller processes your identification and contact data and data necessary for the performance of the contract.

III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Personal Data Processing

The legal basis for processing personal data is
the performance of a contract between you and the Controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
the legitimate interest of the Controller in providing direct marketing (especially for sending commercial offers and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,

IV. Data Retention Period

VII. Conditions for Personal Data Security

The Controller declares that they have adopted all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
The Controller has adopted technical measures to secure data storage and personal data storage in paper form, secure/encrypted web access, encryption of customer passwords in the database, regular system updates, regular system backups.
The Controller declares that only persons authorized by them have access to personal data.

VIII. Final Provisions
